We all liked the staff immensely and our dinner was one of the best during our two weeks of touring!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The updates to the bar and dinning areas were wonderful. The breakfast was beyond our expectations and the dining area had a lovely view of the ocean. Our wonderful experience at your hotel kicked off our vacation beautifully!! As a Hilton Honors diamond member, I initially called to inquire about a hotel in Civitavecchia. Your hotel was one of Hilton's recommendations. Upon return from our vacation, I contacted Hilton to let them know we were very happy!

We were taking a cruise the next morning, If we knew that this hotel was in such a great location we would of got there earlier. a 5 minute walk from the train station, Civitavecchia is a nice little town with lots of things to do. As for the hotel it exceeded our expectations. Very clean hotel with very comfortable beds, a good breakfast with a good selection and an extremally courteous staff. Why waste time in Rome when there is a great hotel near the cruise port and a good selection of restaurants and a nice walk by the sea!!

I have stayed here previously. The front desk was not very pleasant to deal with this time. We had a balcony room split level. The couch bed is as hard a a rock! There was only 1 necafe packet in our room and when I asked for another one I was told they were not provided. We paid $300 for the night plus an additional $10 a person for the breakfast and the breakfast was half what is was the year before. I think we will try a different hotel next time.

The team at Hotel San Georgio couldn't have been more helpful. Helped arrange coach collection for 23 from the airport to the hotel and then to our cruise ship the following day. Assisted with all our bags - even took mine to my room to help . Reception, food and service was fantastic - Staff were just so professional and courteous.- A credit to your company. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return

The location was great. There is an elevator. Our room was disappointing and didn't feel clean. The spreads and decor is dated. I thought we'd have gotten a room with a view and didn't. We asked for a quick room which was a mistake. The shower flooded the entire bathroom which then it was slippery dangerous. The breakfast was satisfactory. The terrace restaurant was nice. 9th
